In all seriousness, be happy they are moving out (it takes time to evict someone in your state and you've already let this "ride" for two months without collecting any rent).
Once they are out, assess any damages. Did they provide a security deposit? If you consider taking them to court to sue them for owed rent and/or damages are they "winnable"; in other words, do you have their new address where they can be served and if you win a judgment can you expect to get any money out of them?
Since it appears they lived above you in your own house, why did you allow them to reside there for two months without paying rent? Doesn't sound like it was very far for you to go to demand such rent.
