One important thing to know about TN is they do not use the CP's income to calculate child support. They take a percentage of the NCP's gross income.
 
Is this information for you? Are you planning a divorce? If so how long have you not worked? TN does order spousal support. If you don't work because you're husband doesn't want you to so you can stay home and raise babies then you have a good chance of getting spousal support.

Yes the info is for me. We were married in 2002. He said that me working would increase the taxes and he would have to pay and he also wanted me at home with our daughter. But now I am in school working toward my degree.
