What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina
I'm working on a management contract with an artist where I would be the manager.
The term is set up as one year with options for x number of additional years (we haven't decided on X yet - but I don't suspect that will be a problem).
We're starting with a contract template where the option is only for the manager, and not for the artist. Is this an industry standard in mgmt contracts?
