This is part 2 to my question about wanting the bio-fathers parental right terminated. In your answer you stated that if I file a petition, the bio-father would be served and given a time (typically 30 days) to contest, well, what if I don't have an address or any way of contacting him? Being "served", does that mean physically by a server or by mail? What about the petition being posted in a newspaper for the 30 days like some other legal notices?
tks,

It can be done through the newspaper, but it is always better to serve the person or their legal counsel.
