termination of alimony

I was divorced in California about 2 years ago. My ex-wife remarried about 2 months ago after living with her new husband. At the time of our divorce (her new husband-to-be was living with her as a "roommate"), she wanted to have alimony for one-half the life of the marriage regardless of her marital status. I said only if she did not marry this man. She would not agree. Do I have any grounds for termination of alimony?

What does your Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) say about alimony, and it's termination upon certain conditions ?

If your MSA is silent concerning termination (except for length of time), then you pretty much made your bed with the MSA contract the way it is.

Therefore, we need more details in order to better assist you.
