I want tog o through with terminating my son's bio-fathers rights....I have other posts on here that explain my situation. In short he hasn't seen him in 3yrs and has contacted my only twice in that time. He doesn't support the child either. My husband would like to adopt my son. I have three questions...Can my son's paternal grandmother interfer with the termination/adoption??? Can I get legal aide help in this situation??? And what are the requirements...income?? to receive legal aide in NY?
