I live in KY and would like to know if and how I can terminate the parental rights of the father of my child (which has not been born yet). He already has one child that he rarely ever sees. He pops in and out of his sons life like it's no big deal...never really being a father and only turning the childs life upside down. He is about $2000 behind on child support for the first child. I don't want my child to go through all that. I'm fairly certain that he would be willing to sign away his paternal rights in return for not having to pay child support. Is this possible or even legal in Kentucky?

You obviously knew what type of man he was.. so why did you continue and have sex with him?

Anyway, ain't going to happen. You messed up the bed, now you have to live with it.

Good luck..
