A person is hired on one month ON and one month OFF basis for the period of two years, given that he would be getting fix monthly pay ON and OFF for 24 months. Now, after some period, for example, 10 months, the Employer wants the worker to work continuously for the remaining part of the contract, or he will be fired; means the contract to be terminated. The only clause in his contract with respect to that mentions as follow, 'company agrees to pay the employee $1000 per month ($12000 annual salary) while his working, plus he will be entitled to $1000 per month on his off days. I need some advice on that!'

What is the name of your state or, if not in the US, what is the name of your country?

I'm sorry but the FreeAdvice forum handles US law questions and legal concerns only. Employment laws vary significantly from country to country.

Good luck.

I understand and respect the same. However, it is to be noted that the Employer and the Employee both are from Canada; however, specifically the law of the Sultanate of Oman to be applied, in case if any dispute arise. Any least idea to advocate?

I'm sorry but the FreeAdvice forum handles US law questions and legal concerns only, and Canada is not the US (although you are getting closer ;)).

You will need to find someone in your area of the world to assist with your employment matter.

Good luck.
