What is the name of your state? MN

About a month ago, I got an updated credit report in which a creditor that had been discharged in my bankruptcy reported the account as a new account with negative remarks.

You told me to dispute this with my bankruptcy papers. I did in fact do that, by sending the information to the credit bureau. I also called the company and told them what they did was not lawful.

I just received my new credit report and the information has been cleared. I am not thrilled that the company shows up again, but at least it now says included in bankruptcy and doesnt have an negative remarks on it.

Thank you for your help an advice.
