I Live with a man and he is going threw the D word. The court says that he can not have any woman that is not married or kin to him, stay the night when the child is there. What do I do this is my place of residence? I help pay the bills plus rent and food, and the child and me are very close, it hurts her for me not to be there.

You have two main choices,

a) Get Married
b) He moves out

Other choices..

c) You stay in a motel when the children stay
d) He stays in a motel with the children

Note: both of the above would probably result in further court action is the mother hates you.
