In an earlier post elsewhere I had mentioned my distaste for baiting collectors. It was this very guy the reference was about. I'm all for suing a collector when they genuinely violate a law that allows for that. But I absolutely cannot stand people that do this kind of crap. Hopefully this will stop him. He needs the label "vexatious litigator".
