What is the name of your state? MN

I work for the US Goverment, seeking a medical waiver/dismissal from work that is not in my job description and because it involves the use of hazardous material.

I talked with my doctor, provided him proof of existing medical conditions, previous and current work experience/exposer, and an MSDS sheet for the material. He wrote me note to give to my supervisors.

The called this doctor without my knowledge, permission and presence.

Do they have the right to talk with my personal private physician?

thank you,
