What is the name of your state? Kentucky

Is uslegalforms.com a good place to start?

I own my condo, but want to move into a house, but don't know if I want to sell the condo, so I am thinking of renting it out, where should I start?

Thank you.

whoa

Oh boy
I am not sure anybody is going to vouch exclusively for a specific site like that. But I have looked on that there site once or twice. There is one poster that always quotes Mrlandlord... But I wouldn't touch that one with a ten foot pole.
The only sites I will vouch for have statutes in them. Go to the source I say... most of them are dang dry reading, but you can always go to your "form" site and make sure they are obeying your states laws.

Good Luck
