Why is there a board for these idiots? Yeah, I was going 150 miles an hour and was only a little drunk. I never saw that Bronco because I was driving so fast. I am sorry I killed all those people. What should I put down as my plea? I am stupid?

1) The Board is not for those idiots.

2) Plea bargain using the insanity and stupidity defense or in the alternative take the 5th (Constitutional Ammendment and not a measurment of liquor)
