I'm still at work and my neighbor just called me, she told me that there have been 2 break-ins into APARTMENTS where we live last night - thank God it wasn't into mine. Now the thieves not only break into cars, now they're breaking into apartments too, I'm not surprised, the landlord with his ignorance and negligence gives thieves the perfect place to commit crimes - NONE of the lights work. I'm wondering how our slumlord is going to talk his way out of this one now, the front doors (4 apartments per front door) all don't lock, they're wide open and the landlord knows about it but hasn't done anything. This is going to be interesting...

Ok whats your point? I have a landlord that goes by the book and is fair.
