My mother went to her local HMO clinic with nausia, they prescribed medicine, went home and had heart attack & died.
Statute of limatations runs out in april, CAN I GET EXTENTION????? Thankyou.

My response:

In the rarest of cases (1 out of 10,000), a potential defendant would allow, in writing, an extension (or waiver) of the Statute of Limitations.

In the normal course, S.O.L.'s are not extended and, once the S.O.L. has expired, any potential claims you may have had are barred forever.

You need to see an attorney REAL FAST.
