What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Well, for some reason, my thread "Can a Booking Agent Contract be Recinded?" was closed. It's all good. I handled it with one phone call to him, reiterating exactly what he HASN'T done and he decided to negate the "contract" himself.

You can, if you like, re-open it yourself, since you probably (inadvertently) closed it yourself when posting. But since you already handled it, I guess it doesn't matter.
