What is the name of your state?
I am in the state of Louisiana. I have been ruled totally disabled from any type of work by 2 doctors, my neurosurgeon and comps neurosurgeon. My questions are, is there a time limit of 10 years to draw indeminity benefits and medical or and if any settlement should be offered can I continue to keep the medical end of my claim open. If so, is there any time limit on medical benefits? I do not see how anyone could put a number on future medical when I may be facing more surgery, I have had 4 already and also with the rising cost of medical care. I would appreciate any information that can be offered me regarding this matter. I am trying to educate myself with this matter so I am not left in the dark. Thanks for any replies!
