I need to file suit against my employer within the next 9 days. Unfortunately, I've been unable to find an attorney that did not require some kind of a retainer up front. The least amount quoted was $500, and I simply don't have that much money. So, I'm doing it myself.

I have my complaint typed and ready to go. Because I've never done this before, and books can only go so far in telling me what to do, I'm very nervous about doing it incorrectly. Please advise if, for free, or for a nominal fee, you are willing to read my complaint, before I file it, for accuracy, errors, corrections, etc.

Most importantly, I cannot afford to file it and have it thrown out for being incorrect or a technicality, as I will be out of the filing fee money, and worse yet, I won't be able to re-file due to the time limit.

I very much need an attorney to read my complaint and let me know if I've done it properly. PLEASE say you are willing to review my complaint before I file it. If so, I can send it to you as an attachment to an e-mail (it's in MicrosoftWord, but can be converted to WordPerfect).

If you say "yes" (please), and require a nominal fee, I will try to get a hold of the money by borrowing from my sister, or, if you accept credit cards, I won't need to borrow.

Since I have only nine days left, per the date on my EEOC "Reight to Sue" paper, I'm eager to hear back from anyone that can help. I hope you will be able to assist me by reading my complaint before I file it.

Sincerely
aa2222@aol.com
