Based on your user name, it sounds to me like you're mad at them and want to rat them out to get them in trouble.
No im actually torn because they are friends, but the victim is more like family...and I've had valuable items stolen, so it fires me up.
That does not make me a rat.

I'd never do 2 things as taught from a young age..steal or lie.
The true owner raised me ,as did his family
If your friends get charged, they should each get their own attorneys to assist them with their defense. In the meantime, they need to remain silent. They should speak to no one about the crime except to their own attorney.

I am sure it is hard for you to know that someone you love is involved in or was involved in criminal activity.

I am sorry. Criminal acts affect not only the victims and the criminals but also those who know and love them.

If/when your friends are charged, they will need to rely on the advice of their attorneys. There is little you can do except possibly help them pay for their attorneys.
