What is the name of your state?TX
My understanding is that the trustee has 30 days after the creditors meeting to object to any exemptions claimed or in general to ask for more info about your case. Is this correct? Does this mean that 30 days after our creditors meeting we can breathe a little more easily that our case is not going to have problems with the trustee? I know that creditors have more time to object but I'm more concerned about the trustee getting a bee in his bonnet about something.
