I am being surveyed very heavily and its a constant thing. Its like i am being stalked on the road to the point they are waiting for my in the mediians of the roads, parking lots of businesses, they even make illegal turns and moves to almost aggravate me. They are circling my house at all hours, following me into stores etc...its hard to get the evidence i may need due to it being done outta unmarked vehicles. What do i do and how do i put it to a stopping point?

I don't have nothng to worry about in sight of me being arrested. I think its a drug task force team made up of 20 different cars. I am not considered blind when it comes to the way it is constructed and i am aware of my surroundings but its gotten way outta control and very stressful. I do all i can to lead them to the end of their investigation but its not looking to be anywhere in sight.
WHAT DO I DO

Don't do drugs.

Other than that, there appears to be little you can do.

At least these investigators are out in the open so you know where they are and you can act accordingly.

Good luck.

You may want to consult a behavioral health specialist for stress management techniques; I think you'll find it very useful.

Other than that, wave and smile at those you believe are stalking you. That's really all you can do. Except to get in to see a psychiatrist or psychologist to help manage the stress.

If you are not involved in serious criminal activity (or hanging out with those who do) I am very skeptical that you are being watched to the degree that you claim. That would take a large amount of resources, and given the limited budgets of most law enforcement agencies they are not going to undertake the kind of surveillance you describe without already having a pretty good idea there is serious enough criminal activity taking place that will justify devoting those resources. Though you may not like to hear this, at least some of what you see may simply reflect some degree of paranoia on your part. It might be worth discussing that with a mental health professional to be sure.

Assuming that there is surveillance taking place as you describe, there isn’t any way to put a stop to it. The cops may legally follow you around in public places as much as they want. You have no right to privacy concerning your actions out in the public space.

Or maybe he should do drugs that a prescribed by a competent Psychiatrist.

That could be helpful. :)

If duke85 IS under intense scrutiny by Kansas or federal officers/agents, however, he should keep all prescribed medicines in their original labeled bottles and he would be smart not to carry these medicines with him when he travels. If he must transport these prescribed drugs, duke85 should have them in a locked container /locked glovebox.

IF stopped by one of the many officers/agents hiding in highway medians and "stalking" him in parking lots, he should exercise his right to remain silent and refer all questions to his attorney.

I have to say the government is getting pretty sloppy with their surveillance operations if they can be so readily identified. :)
