i live in lake charles louisiana
my husband died 4 months ago and we did not have a will
well we have seven sons all over the age of 21. i want to give my husbands truck to my youngest son
when we went to the dmv they said that we had to have an affidavit of heirship signed by my sons well six out of the seven signed and the only reason why my third to the oldest wont sign is because he wants his share i feel he doesn't have a share i thought because my husband co-sign for the truck that i was the only owner of the vehicle. is there anyway to have the vehicle switched over to my youngest with out having to get my other sons signature.
Cause i really need to get that truck out of my name and i know that my husband wanted our youngest son to have the truck.
please help
joyce
