What is the name of your state? Alabama
I made an offer on a house. The offer was accepted. Got approved for the loan w/ FMHA. We were ready to do neccesary repairs before closing, until a problem arose w/ the title {judgements}. It is a forclosure, but the judgements showed up from 2 owners back. Is this common? How can it be fixed? What length of time am I looking at? Today is Dec 29, we have a closing date on Jan 14, if we don't make that date will it cause another problem? Please help I need this house.

"(1) Is this common? (2) How can it be fixed?"

1. Yes

2. The people who the judgment is against need to pay it off.
