Title using TaxId/SSN

What is the name of your state? MD
If a home is purchased and mortgage obtained using a business TaxId with good credit for a sole proprietorship, because of poor SSN credit report, can the title be changed to be in his SSN a few years later after showing a record of prompt payment?
