To be married or not is the question

Can anyone tell me whether there is truth to this or not in the state of Arizona?

Arizona has community property. Being married you would have to split everything in half. What about if your boyfriend and girlfriend who moved into a house together. And, you helped with the payments of the mortgage. If you were to separate, would you have equal right to that property?

I shall be awaiting you response
