What is the name of your state? Florida
You locked your thread. To answer your question, yes they can stall, with good reason- Fl Statute 61.30 lists types of income used to determine CS. It does specifically state that bonuses are used. To read the statute go to www.flsenate.gov/STATUTES
Also read Fl family law rule of procedure 12.285- mandatory disclosure, anytime an action is pending each party is required to file an amended financial affidavit if thier income increases or decreases. http://phonl.com/fl_law/rules/famlawrules
