What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Don't know why you closed your post, but here are the answers to your questions anyway:

1. You can schedule your employees' vacations anytime you want.

2. You don't have to give any holidays off, with or without pay.

3. There are no federal or Florida laws that regulate employee vacation and holiday time.

The above is true assuming that you are in the private sector and are not an arm or agency of the federal, state or local/municipal government; also that no legally binding contract, policy or CBA states otherwise. There is also one qualifier; EXEMPT employees cannot be docked for holidays they do not work unless they also perform no work at all in the work week in which the holiday falls. All the rest is true for both exempt and non-exempt employees.

For benefit of future readers, I will also add that the above, including my addendum, is true in all 50 states, so it will not be necessary to add hijack posts of "is it true in (fill in the blank state) as well? It is. No matter what state you're in.
