I have been receiving bogus tickets and violation from the town I live in for years.

I am even suing them over this.

Now they come up with new tickets but refuse to tell me who is telling on me.

Bogus as in "Hey, that's not fair, everybody does it", or bogus as in "I am in full compliance with all applicable laws (etc), yet I keep receiving tickets"?

You don't. Because it doesn't matter who is reporting you. It matters what you are getting reported for.
