What is the name of your state? Texas

I am a party to a hosting agreement where my business is the host and the other business is the customer. The contract between us is still in effect and will be for the next six months. I just received notice that the customer is changing their corporate name and obtaining a new Federal ID number but that they still want to continue our contract together. They suggested that I draw up an addendum to the contract transferring this agreement to the new corporate entity. What are the basic concepts or terms that I should include in this addendum? I just want to make sure that our agreement continues as before. The only change is the name and corporate status of my customer. Thank you for your help
