Treating landlord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In about 1999 I filled bankrupcy when I did so the trailer I was buying was covered in it. Well just a few months ago I had to let it go. The company hasn't came for it and the Landlord is treating to charge me $50 a day utill it is off his land! Can he do that since its the company's and not mine?
