What is the name of your state? colorado
I have a mortgage on a mobilehome in a park, and had paid 8 years on a 15 yr. loan. I had been working with a representitive with (Vanderbilt) on my payments because of making late payments due to several personal reasons. We had made an arrangement for me to make a payment, Western Union (quick collect). I went to make the payment & received a response of (there are to be no more payments accepted on acct.#.......) I called right away returning home, and was told she no longer was handeling my paperwork and her supervisor will get back to me. Over a year went by, with no payments made, no communication from (Vanderbilt). During this time, i got a copy of my credit report, which showed the loan was put on a Bankruptcy (ch.7) which was closed 3yrs. earlier, and had a $0 balance due. Over a year later from last payment made I received a court order for a Replevin proceeding.
I have a remaining $24,000 due on loan. What can I due to save my home not having full amount due and noone wants to take on this kind of loan? I go to court in July.

Did part of the personal problems include a bankruptcy in which the mobile home was included? If so, did you reaffirm this debt?

From the looks of your credit report, it would appear that the mobile home was discharged in the bankruptcy. Of course, credit reports have been known to contian errors every now and again.

Clarify this situation first.

I never like to ask the hard questions, but........you have not made a payment on this account in over a year. What exactly were you expecting to happen?

Do you have the cash to make one years worth of payments an penalties to pull the mobile home back out of foreclosure?

Really lost me on this one.
