trouble in old state

While living in one state, I got a lot of speeding tickets, and had my license restricted once. After it was reinstated, and I still had a license in that state I got another ticket. I have since moved to another state and have a new drivers license. But in the mail I got a notice saying that I had to appear at a hearing in the first state, and that I might be in some sort of violation. What should I do.

Show up to court. But before you, I suggest reading the motor vehicle code of each of the two states to see what you could possibly be violating.
