What is the name of your state? Michigan
What exactly are the benefits from having a trust agreement? When you fund the trust does it save you from having your assets seized? I am just wondering.

A primary benefit of a revocable trust is in the transfer of assets via the will without having to go through probate. It is usually faster and a more seamless transfer. The trust offers little, if any, protection "from having your assets seized".
