What is the name of your state?Trust in Florida/live in NC

Venue changes:
1) Original Will probate- Putnam County Florida
2) Original Living Trust- Putnam County Florida
3) Trust Attorney - Putnam County Florida
4) Independent Trustee - Putnam County Florida
Testator's Tax Representative

8 month "preparation" period. Trust instrument not secured yet.

5) Independent Trustee(Florida) relinquishes (by testator, presumably)
the trusteeship to successor trustee(sister)/-1/2 equal beneficiary(NC).

Question: With Trust/Trust Attorney remaining in Florida and the
successor trustee in NC: In which state do I retain my trust attorney
for the most expiditious, effective, and cost effective representation
to the Court of my rights as other 1/2 equal beneficiary??

thanks for your advice,
