My questions are paragraphed as follows:

The situation:

I am trying to pay off 3 debts-I could not handle 3 debts with the employment history in the town I live-when your hired you become history in a few months-I live in a college town where jobs are hard to find and keep.

I decided to go through a credit counsel-Profina-they set me up on a payment plan paying them $150 per month. Each amount is disbursed to each company to pay the debt. I have not been able to pay for 1 month, but paid the $150 for November. I am now having the calls again just for being late one month. I am trying to pay the debts, but am tired of dealing with these companies.

I tried the Stop Communications Letter approach and they claimed not to have received that fax(figures.

The companies I am dealing with are Beneficial-Household bankcard(which I got through Beneficial)and a Student loan.

I have called Profina and asked why they still call-and they had sent the proposals, but since I was unable to pay for that one month the calls have started and one company said that I was no longer with Profina-but I had called them and they said that I was still with them-Since going through credit counsel I have not notice a decrease in my debt-I am wondering what the bloody is going on?

Now another question-as a debtor trying to pay and making payments is not my legal right to pay as much as I can without the harrassments?
