I reside in Texas with my fiance who wishes to adopt my three children by a previous marriage. My X will not agree to this decision. He does not pay court ordered child support and has not for the past 2 years. He has admitted to having an incestrial relationship with his brother before his brothers' marriage, as well as continuing the relationship after his brother married and during our marriage, and now lives with them. I am concerned about my children visiting him, but by court order I can not refuse him visitation. What can my fiance and I do to protect the children? The girls have admitted to me that while they have visted with their father in the past, he slept in the bedroom with his brother and sister-in-law. I am frustrated and worried and don't know where to turn. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. Are you sure this is in Texas? Sounds more like a hillbilly tale to me!

Unfortunately it is a very real and difficult situation for me and my children. I appreciate your reply tho and will contact an attorney and start the process for supervised visition.
Thanks again:)
