What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I currently work 80-90% from my home, 60 miles from my office. I have done this for approx 10 years. If my employer decides that I must work in the office on a daily basis, would I be denied UI if I were to quit?

That is a question that only the EDD can answer. Whether any employee can quit and receive benefits in the event of a work relocation is too situation specific for a message board to call. It depends on far too many variable factors.

Agree, there is no way we can make that determination. That will be up to the UI folks. They'll take into consideration the 60 miles along with other various factors & make a decision.
