many of you are aware of my situation, however
i have paid the judgement plus other outstanding bills that to this date i have not received any receipts i have repeatedly asked the landlord and her attorney for proof of bills and the where abouts of the security deposit, and when the security deposit was entered into escrow, (900) Pa law states anything above 100 must be in an escrow acct and we are to be given the statements we have not to be given this information.
we are trying to move, however the landlord is dragging her feet, the mortgage company have repeatedly called both her and the attorney asking for the reference, however its the same story, she is working on it or its going to be faxed, the mortgage company has written a letter to judicial support, the office which i have been paying the rent to verfy the time and dates of deposits.
there has been no other showings of said property, and in fact the price has not change still asking 89,999
a couple of weeks ago there was a problem with the toilet, it over flowed , i waited 15 hours for a plumber i finally called the plumber and he came immediately, according to the lease any repairs 100 or less tenant is responsible for which i paid, so why the hell am im being told to pay the extra amount stated above, 250 and no reciepts,
should i wait until hubsand comes home from kuwait or what, im trying to get out of here.
please dont take my head off this whole situation has been very stressful.
