Running the risk of getting a whole sidetrack backlash....I'm speaking of Western ND by the oilfields. While activity has slowed in these areas with the price of oil there are places that can be very dangerous.

Okay, that's fair enough. The majority of the state's "most dangerous" (according to several sources who appear to either agree with each other independently, or have access to the same single source ) cities are indeed in the Western areas of the state where the economy has bounced around like demented bunny on a pogo stick.
