I'm writing concerned about a TWC agent putting false interview information that got me disqualified.What i told the TWC agent is not what she put down,do to that i was disqualified.i have supporting documents to verify everything what i told the TWC agent.How can i get this taken care of with putting in a appeal???I ready put it on file that isn't what i said..

I was fired over a background check,i told her i was released from jail in 2015,been out 5 years and was released off of parole 2019.She put that i was released out of jail 2019

And how did that simple error get you disqualified? It should be a simple matter to fix.

I wish,do to the false statement i was denied benefits.Once u have been denied the only process left to do is a appeal.
The only process available is to appeal the initial decision. You submitted your written appeal online?

The first appeal hearing is by telephone. If the only reason you were denied benefits was because of the error by the TWC agent, you will have a delay in payments but should receive them once the error is corrected.

You seem to be assuming that the sole reason you were disqualified is the error in the date. That is not necessarily the case. Depending on informaiton you have not shared, it's possible that you might have been declined even without the error.

If you are looking for some kind of lawsuit or legal means to overturn the decision without filing an appeal through the TWC, there isn't one.

I think Anthony was hoping for a simpler way to correct the error than having to appeal, such as just having the TWC agent saying “oops” and then having the agent make the correction.

I see no simpler path.
