What is the name of your state? AL

Ok, I've just spent too much time trying to figure out if Alabama has any laws on unilateral deductions. Does anyone know where I can find these laws or if they exist? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure I know what you mean by "unilaterial deductions" but if you mean an employer's ability to make deductions from paychecks without the employee's express consent, then you should contact your State's Department of Labor and ask.

Most States have legislation that addresses this.
