just need some clarification.

there is currently a union and the warehouse workers and the office workers are covered under the CBA?

If so, you cannot simply remove a class of workers from the CBA. If there are more people opposed to the union than for the union, there can be a decertification vote which would end the union association for all workers currently covered by the CBA.
