Does any organization represent unit owners? We have a management company who needs to be replaced by another management company or we should manage ourselves. The unit owners have written letters, expressed objections to the Board, but nothing is done about the situation. The management company is rude, not truthful, manifests suspicious business practices and is derisive to the unit owners.

Things are so bad that many unit owners have put their condominiums up for sale and will never buy another condominium again. We have tried replacing board members.

Why can't you replace the Board member? Have you read your By-Laws to determine your rights as an Association member? Does your Association have Legal Counsel on retainer.
