Last summer I went to an endodontist for a root canal, he performed root canal on wrong tooth, then another on correct tooth. He billed me for both procedures. I wrote him a letter stating I did not feel, I should be billed for procedure done on wrong tooth. He claims "You would have needed a root canal on that tooth eventually" and "My records will back me up". I have refused to pay balance that my insurance did not pay. He has turned my account to collections, and they are calling me daily, threatening to contact my employer. Is there anything I can do?
