What is the name of your state? CA
Ex- Employer ceased operation on 3/29/04. Owes 3 weeks pay & accumulated vacation. All employees filed a claim with the labor board. Recently he declared that he is to file bankruptcy. What can I do? What can the Labor Board do? what are the chances of us ever getting paid?
