I got a ticket for running a red light, which i disagree with, and the cop didn't sign the ticket. Isn't that grounds enough to get the ticket thrown out? I mean, I thought that by them not signing it means that they don't agree with the information on the ticket. Any information on this topic would be a lot of help. Thanks.
