What is the name of your state? Arizona

when the original CS was ordered the judge included BAH (military pay) due to exhusband claiming the at dependant rate so the judge said that the children would be intitled to a portion.

since husbands unexpected return he has wanted to change everything for visitation and today I received an email that he wants CS lowered. He says that military rules say that the only thing that can be included is base pay.

Who is correct?

Child support is based on what the person is/was making at the time the child support obligation was decided.

Tell hubby to pay up.

He is not. BAH and BAS are usually included in child support calculations. The military has no say over that.
