After disputing negative information on my credit report with trans union, and requesting validation, I received an updated report. When negative information is deleted by one credit reporting bureau, who's respondsibility is it to see that the same negative info is also deleted from my Experian and Equifax files? Is it up to me, trans union or the information provider? If it is not my respondsibility, to contact them first, what are my rights, if the one responsible, fails to update my experian and equifax files?

Sorry, but it is YOUR responsibility to contact ALL credit reporting agencies and get the record straight.
