What is the name of your state? Missouri

I went to court yesterday for visitation and my ex was granted supervised visitation one hour a day two days a week. The first visitation starts this friday. We go back to court in January.

pthalo---To answer your question on a previous thread, my ex has abused my older children. And I guess by granting visitation, that means the RO was modified; i don't know for sure.

i think that the restraining order for you is probably still in full affect but I don't think there is a way to say that a father cannot see his child until there is DOCUMENTED proof of abuse.. just a question you say that he abused your other children... while this is a terrible thing, i wonder did you call the police and report it or remove him from your home. if not it is my honest opinion that you are as guilty as him....

It was reported as soon as i found out about it. I notified the police and the child abuse hotline. And we haven't lived together for a couple years now.

DFS is done investigating the case and they are waiting on the police dept. to make their move.

good call and when and if he is convicted it will be tough for him to ever get anything other than supervised visitation...
